I cancelled a policy in June 2014 and again in august 2015, but they kept taking premiums.
I had a number of policies with then and did not notice money coming out, they agreed that it was their mistake and would pay the premiums back along with £50 however £50 arrived but nothing else. I have now had to take a morning off work to try and sort out .
