Assured would be contacted within 2 working days regarding claim. No contact now after 3 working days. 45 mins of waiting hearing "thank you for holding, we ARE on our way to help" - hmmm, I don't believe you! This is my first ever claim so I knew no different. To make matters worse, I've just renewed with them too. Dammit, wish I'd experienced this shoddy service before renewing. Awful.
