Every time you call, you are first on hold for an average of 10-20 minutes. Then I got told several times during various calls that they were having systems issues so I had to call back.
Finally I added an expensive item to my policy and I have still (after a month) not been told that the documentation I sent the same working day was sufficient, and that they had removed the endorsement. It is shocking service, definitely understaffed call centres. The person who I called for my home insurance told me she was't trained to deal with my type of policy and was needing to request a call back for me. Why was she even on the phone then? Definitely avoid.
