Poor company 16 minutes waiting on phone to speak to someone.. Ridiculous redemption rules. Sent more paperwork to for me to
reclaim my mum's small investment after her death than I got from all the other companies put together. IS A has lost over a quarter of its value in a year. Don't bother!
