The L & G website has to be the worst website of any provider of financial services that I have used (I have used many). Continually crashing & logging you out through inactivity when you are desperately attempting to carry out an an activity.
I dread to think what their call centres are like I havent got the patience to try that. Will probably have to move my pension elsewhere.
