6 weeks after retiring I have received nothing but forms to fill in and long frustrating telephone calls.
They insist on doing everything through the mail.
They do NOT properly inform you of their many silly requirements at the outset.
I think their only objective is to keep your money for as long as they can.
There must be better companies as these cowboys have set the bar very low!
