Appalling claims processing and customer service. They have sat on my claim for 3 months, no communications from them. I have to keep chasing and still no action. Now the subject of an internal formal complaint - which is going to take 8 weeks to process! Meanwhile I am still seriously out of pocket. I am now going to have to escalate this outside of the company to get them to honour their obligations. Go elsewhere for your pet insurance.
