I would advise anyone not to use Legal and General pet insurance services
I have been waiting over four months for a pay out for my dogs cruciate ligament repair. Despite several phone calls, a formal complaint and a promise of payment I am still waiting.
Unfortunately I have two dogs insured with them and have had to put three more claims in after a particularly difficult time with them, I have no hope of getting them processed. Terrible service , hours on the phone and lack of action from the complaints department .
