Have a hole in my bedroom ceiling after storm damage told the operator that i have a newborn but was told it would take a week to get a surveyor out!
And that if i get a builder in the mean time i wont be covered!
Aparently a bedroom with a newborn and with a constant leak isn't an emergency!
