Legal & General has hands down the worst platform/website I have ever used.
It's so badly designed that you are unable to even complete simple tasks like changing your investments. Covid might have had an impact on the service, but it was terrible before. You are not even able to see the performance of your portfolio over time. I'm really shocked how poor it is, and would not use it if my employer did not use it as the pension provider. I will start lobbying them to change provider now.
