Illegally took money and didnt provide policy! Avoid at all costs
Went to take home insurance out, they had a "technical error" on their web page and it didnt process.
Next day they took the money out.
Somehow they had details to take the payments out but none of my personal details to locate a policy.
Avoid at all costs - dodgy company and I have formally reported them to FOS, FCA and ICO regarding their behaviour in this matter
