Absolutely horrendous trying to get into there website, taken over 2 weeks of calls and receiving letters with details of what to do to access the website which don't work.
When calling them you have to listen to the same 2 minute IVR telling you the same message about Covid19 delays.
It is laughable because if they made their website user friendly they would be getting less calls.
It is a joke that a company the size of L&G have such a terrible online presence/service!!!
