For over six months I have being trying to talk to a 'person' about my pension options. On numerous occasions I have been promised phones calls and received none. This despite my earlier complaints. Today, as before, I have sat by my phone at the appointed time for over half an hour and have heard no ring. Only then to find three miss calls. Very strange when I have been listening to my phone for over half an hour! Be warned Legal and General customer service is appalling and verging on being dishonest! How their website displays a three and a half star customer rating is beyond me!
