Pet Insurance claim ……… nearly 3 months and still an issue ...….my vet sent the claim form 3 times ….. I've sent the claim for 5 times …. each time I have to chase …. each time they claim form not received ….. the form has even been sent on L&G own secure email service …….very poor service, no ownership, absolute joke !!!
