Lloyds Bank are quite simply dreadful
They have a slogan... "by your side"
This slogan is false in every sense
They are not by anyone's side...
Staff are pompous self important and hostile... They hate questions about service or process
They closed my accounts without warning leaving me with no account bank card or money
Truly a bank that should have their FCA license withdrawn
Even their CEO is leaving after such poor performance
Never go here and run if you already bank with them
