Spoke to a lovely lady called Jordan this afternoon regarding bank transfer. She was not only affeciant but also someone who was happy to offer other assistance if I needed it. She came across as someone who genuinely cared. So very refreshing and rare in our time. Lloyds should be proud to have her as a valued staff member. 🏆
