Very poor internet service. Always having problems with 4-digit password that is supposed to be sent to my mobile phone. Today I phoned via landline and gave all info requested and then passed to someone who can't help and then transferred to someone else with a waiting time of one hour.
I am exploring if it is better to close Lloyds account and open a new account with other bank.
