I’m currently on the phone having had an Amazon payment - which I’ve made circa 50 times before but this one gets flagged for fraud, no problem just give them a call and they’ll sort it out……..
Been on the phone FOR 2 HOURS and not even spoken to the fraud team yet! I’ve spent over 6 hours on the phone over the last month.
Lloyds, you’re outdated, unable to keep up with the times and quite frankly appalling, after 10 years with you I’m off to Monzo who I’ve used for 5 years and are genuinely incredible!
