We have opened an account at Lloyds Bank High st Kensington - London.branch and the PERSONAL interaction with the customer care staff was excellent.
We only wish this will continue like the old times .unlike the present day Online transactions when nobody knows anyone and are just dependent on laptops.mobiles etc.
