I have been a customer for 40+ years. However, now
- there is NO customer contact
- phone is your ONLY option
- phone calls are 40 mins Plus and waiting
- when answered, you are frequently cut off
- there is no email access
- there is no written access
- i am fortunate i live one mile from a branch. Few others do.
- THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
- EXTREMELY WORRYING
so they have my money, and do not feel the need to be responsibly accessible.
