very poor customer service, I am still attempting to complete a non-fault claim, 6 months later. They fob you off to Axa (the underwriter) who doesn't then really want to deal with you as you are through another 3rd party, in the claim I received about 5 or 6 calls for different people at different companies, 3rd party claims mgmt. via Enterprise, etc etc. I am a loyal Lloyds banking customer but these white label insurance firms just don't work, stick to the big names e.g. Direct Line, Admiral, NFU, Norwich Union etc, even if a few more quid in premium
