I have found that I can log onto my account in the mobile app if connected to Wi-Fi but not when using mobile data
The lady that answered the phone when I rang to ask about this told me first that it only worked over Wi-Fi
Then said it was my device as it will work over mobile data. I’m left not knowing which is the right answer.
Most important to me is the fact she interrupted as I tried to explain, became impatient to the point of rudeness.
I’m still waiting for my debit card to arrive but after this experience I’m already checking out the switching service
