I had to ring Lloyds about a banking app issue.Member of staff was very helpful and very patient which is good as I am very stupid! I always try to put myself in the position of the person who answers my call as they must get fed up with customers asking the same question day after day
I also use our Newcastle under Lyme branch ,I recently spoke to Lindsay who was very kind and sympathetic.Well done Lloyd
