Diabolical customer service. This bank has totally ignored my official complaint over the fact that allowed me to be scammed losing thousands of pounds from my account due to the appalling lack of vital checks, even though they knew I was vulnerable at the time they have blatantly denied their professional misconduct, but I will take this all the way and Shane them in the National press, avoid like the plague.
