"I am a long-time banking customer of Lloyds and as such are relatively happy with their banking service. I currently have both car and house insurance with them. One annoying feature is that every year the renewal quote shows a massive increase, but they have always backed down when challenged with competitive offers. 'Negotiations' have always been polite and helpful. Have not yet experienced a claim through them!"
