Lloyds Bank are UNTRUSTWORTHY and INCOMPETENT.
Lloyds increased my car insurance premium by over 100% without a reason and failed to explain and justify this increase.
Lloyds have ignored my communications and handled my enquiries/complaints badly and incompetently and treated me (and no doubt other customers) customers with utter contempt.
As I cannot trust Lloyds and I have closed my current account which I opened decades ago (and now bank with First Direct).
