Everything is difficult with this bank. I am planning to close my accounts. Card gets shut down all the time. Can't even download statements from the account online.Everything is difficult with this bank and why I call in to verify transactions I get the 3rd degree about transactions I've made and if can't remember what purchase was made they get nasty. I cannot stand this bank
