I was sent a letter to close my account after 25 years of banking with them , with no excuse given and I can not ask any question at all .
Your account will be closed and that’s it , even when appealing that decision I was told that they are not in position to give you details, but on the letter it stated that if you have any questions call this number , but when called they refused giving me an explanation
Please avoid as it’s ridiculous
