Was advised by a neighbour to avoid Lloyds bank in Trowbridge and use the Post -office . After todays visit i understand WHY - 1 desk for cash only, and 1 desk for chatting to customers while the controller told all us "children " where we need to stand and wait - What on Earth is going on 20minutes waiting to transfer money .
This is NOT GOOD for customers who by the way are the reason the bank is used . After being a customer for 40+ years time for a change ? Any know of a bank who really WANTS HUMAN CUSTOMERS .
