All depends on which Lloyds you go! My local Kidlington branch one staff was appalling and rude so I complained and wrote to Lloyds head office. Within two days, I had an apology letter with a little reward to say thank you for bringing up the issue.
I went into another branch of Lloyds today, received great welcome by the pleasant team of staff in the Summertown branch. Staff so patient and welcoming so here I am opening my account with them! I love the way I have been treated in general.
