Had a flood in December 2015, and still out of the property in October 2017, a total mess by Lloyds Insurance,400 e mails, slow contractors,not wanting to pay various bills, alternative accommodation,not paid, jobs agreed to do, not done, a total mess.
I have been with Lloyds Insurance 35 years, and first claim
It will be the last claim as I will be moving to a better Insurance Company.
