Service in Durham branch is disgraceful, attitude of your walk about staff is like the police force. You only ever have 1 and on a lucky day 2 behind the counter, with ques every day.
You seem to forget your providing a service not giving away free money !!
Every visit take valuable time out of my day. And you make it difficult to leave comment on here !
