Absolutely Rubbish Customer Services, I have a very high quote for a new car that's the same, but to cancel mid term they want another £120 just to cancel, when you call Customer Services, you can get put on hold for up to an hour, and still end up with useless information, I would never recommend LLoyds again, next step change Bank. been waiting for 4 day for Customer Services to call me.
