I have a business account with this lot, absolutely disgusting bank screwing start ups and small businesses over. I am so upset with them I have an appointment with my MP and will complain direct to him. With a bit of luck the FCA will also get involved.
Mr Edmonds was correct about you lot bent as a nine pound note.
