Worst Customer service ever. They required me to provide a document to the local branch for verification check and i did, 17 days and they still haven't sent it to Head office, When i call them , they state its not our problem if we haven't received yet, So i need to go to the branch again find the same person to give the document again,
What a waste of time, Definitely i'm changing my bank this week.
