After asking for advice from a Lloyds Business Manager, we followed all the steps to open an account online. After 3 weeks of back and forth, visiting 2 different branches, our account has still not been opened. 3 weeks of wasted time, no responses to voice/email messages from the Business Manager. For a large banking institution like Lloyds I find the customer service appalling. I will never be able to recommend Lloyds as my experience has been a total disaster and I am back where I started.
