Obtaining my balances on two accounts by 'phone has now become obsolete, and I will NOT go online with my account numbers for what should be obvious reasons. I live six miles away from the ONLY bank in Market Rasen, so reluctantly carried on from the brilliant TSB to Lloyds .I believe the cessation of the telephonic balance service is deliberately done to keep customers ignorant of their overdraft status, so that some.will inadvertently become over drawn, and charged, because of it. Now if I want my balance I shall have to drive into Rasen when the bank opens to obtain the info. Disgusting bank. AVOID this bank at all costs. We shall be moving our accounts 18 miles away back to TSB.
