123 reg tried to auto renew a domain name transaction a week early. I advised LLOYDS that they are NOT authorised to take the money. They refused to halt the transaction and wanted me to obtain a code from the unauthorised transactor.
Unbelievable ! ..and you wonder why the banks have such issues.
So I agree a retailers services for renewal annually, yet the retailer tries to take the money early even though the agreement is cancelled. Yet the bank still won’t stop the transaction.
