Bad customer service, high fees, rip off, stay away!!!!!
Been with Lloyds for 20 years now, things have changed in my life and i needed they help but instead they raised interest on my credit card, wouldn't help or even listen. Customer service is awful. No help at all. They fees and interest on all products including Loan, credit cards, mortgage are so high compare to other banks. Avoid at all cost. Too expensive and not worth it.
