They chased and harrassed me over a charity payment dd.and eventually this and other small dds ran up a ridiculous amount if charges that completely wiped out my savings. Staff are rude arrogant and ignorant money grabbing fools. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BANK. Save yourself a lot of grief and money. They are a disgrace.
