"with you by your side" haha the truth is directly opposite.
I have a complaint outstanding for 6 months (they told me 6-12 weeks to put me off) and still no word. They call to persuade you not to make a complaint rather than dealing with the matter.
Now their fraud team has blocked my account after me telling them all my personal and business data and yet they need me to go into a branch to prove who i am with a piece of plastic that can easily be faked.
This bank useless, dated, detached, and liars... that TV ad needs to be removed.
