Although I waited for an hour to speak to somebody during the lock down I have no complaints with the assistant number 2429069, KAMAL, who answered my call from a call centre in Wales. He stayed on the phone for over half an hour helping me with all my problems and was extremely patient, polite and knowledgeable. If anybody is lucky enough to have their call answered by this young man I can assure you you will be more than pleased. Thank you Kamal. You are a credit to Lloyds Bank.
