The worst UK bank there is. Absolutely dreadful.
I have been with this bank for a decade and I can not WAIT to leave. They are absolutely dreadful. Dreadful dreadful dreadful. Anyone is better than Lloyds.
Terrible online banking, terrible lending, terrible mortgages, terrible customer service if you can even reach someone. It's safe to say I will never touch this bank again once I've left. 1 star is generous.
