The board members which make policy decisions have zero morals and treat their long term customers with no respect.
Reduced my father's life insurance policy value by nearly £5000 and did not make him aware this change of policy.
They responded to his complaint and advised that they did not think it necessary to tell him... disgusting and immoral practices.
I definitely do not recommend this firm to anyone.
