Had an accident 27th May, no repair to vehicle as of yet, and no contact as to when. Spoke to a man there this morning! He said hang on and I'll make a call, 26 minutes later and still on hold I terminated the call.
Registered another complaint, although at this point I feel its a waste of time.
I then received another call today from the companies engineer to say what do I want to talk to him about! I replied that I hadn't requested a call from him. He said he had authorised my repair, to which I replied yes but when? A total waste of time and effort.
Certainly won't be renewing mt cover with them in future, and now need to contact the ombudsman to try and get my vehicle repaired as no-one at LV seem either interested or haven't a clue!
