Have been a loyal LV customer fir a number of tears with home abd 2 cars insured with them.
My home & building insurance quote increased from £210 to £330 in 1 year despite zero claims.
On comparison site I was able to get an equivalent £225 policy from another provider.
I'm certain that as I'm no longer an LV customer I will get a much more realistic quote next year, but on principle I will not be using LV again. I also will not renew my car insurance with LV.
