Took all the money in one go without informing me.
When finally got through to an agent she was smug and condescending and told me a fee of 300 pounds was needed to change the above policy to my suited needs.
The account it went from caused my mortgage payment to bounce. Do not use this companies services under any circumstances. Their complaints procedure sends you in a circle then cuts you off.
