Had our car broken into earlier in the year ( No Fault of ours)
We weren’t told this would affect our no claim or that we would be classed as at fault. Also insurance wouldn’t pay for the things that were taken because they weren’t in the boot .
Really not happy because I would have rather paid than have a at fault marked against us .
