Reported accidental damage caused by ceiling collapse.Reported on 2nd June 2024.Have had visits from contractors to come and look but no constructive action.Meanwhile both bathroom and shower out of action.
Ceiling covered in plastic sheet as the dust will aggravate my COPD.No appointed named person to speak to a difference each time and no progress.I am 73 years of age so personal hygiene is prime.
