LV was almost not there . We haven't had any communication at all except the only one time they sent me the Insurance papers . Even as my Insurance renewal is coming soon no any communications from them !! when other insurance companies are competing for my new policy ! It seems that LV has too many customers that they don't care to keep their customers for another year. Wish them all the luck .
